Attorney Ken Samuelson, the founder and managing lawyer of the firm, has over 30 years of transactions and litigation experience, including for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 Companies. He was a partner at large law firms and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland.

As a virtual, networked law firm, Samuelson Law achieves depth and particular expertise, as and when needed, by teaming with colleagues at other law firms (most of who were also partners at large law firms) with whom Ken has worked over the years.

Samuelson Law works based upon hourly rates; however, for certain matters, it charges fixed fees.
