It became the premier personal injury firm in Nevada by 1970 when it was profiled in Time Magazine after achieving a 3.6 Million Dollar jury verdict for a young man seriously injured in a construction accident. At the time, this was recognized as the highest verdict ever awarded a single plaintiff in the history of the United States. Other trial verdicts in excess of a million dollars in the 1970’s and 1980’s cemented the reputation of the firm as a preeminent trial law firm in the State of Nevada.
