Based in Annapolis, Maryland, Tom is a criminal defense attorney with more than 40 years of experience and who, since the mid 1990s, has dedicated his practice to the defense of child sex abuse and other adult and child sex crimes. Mr. Pavlinic is licensed in Maryland and works directly with co-counsels licensed in other jurisdictions which have thus far included 14 states and multiple counties across the country as well as military courts.

Defending those charged with sex crimes requires a level of sophistication beyond what is typically needed in other criminal cases. Attorney Pavlinic and the Group's co-attorneys have extensive knowledge and experience with sex crime trials and appeals. They conduct exhaustive pre-trial investigations and take other legal steps to try to get charges dismissed.
