They are both admitted to the Kentucky Bar, and Mr. Hance is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts-Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit, the Supreme Court of Kentucky, and the U.S. Supreme Court; Ms. Srinivasan earned a Ph. D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Louisville in addition to her J.D. degree.
