Mullins Law Firm is a small, family-owned firm that has served over 2,500 divorce, custody and family law clients in Henderson County since 1988. Neil Mullins established Mullins Law Firm in 1990 as a solo practice. Neil's wife, Michelle Mullins, joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining Neil, Michelle practiced at Hale, Lane, Peek, Dennison and Howard as a commercial litigation and civil litigation defense attorney.

Neil and Michelle are the only attorneys of Mullins Law Firm. They each have over 20 years of experience as seasoned practitioners and litigators. Combined, they have tried over 100 civil trials (jury and non-jury) and Neil has handled six Nevada Supreme Court Appeals.

Neil and Michelle are well known in the family courts and civil courts of Southern Nevada by both judges and fellow attorneys. Their knowledge of how each of the judicial departments work and operate and their knowledge of how other law firms and lawyers handle family law cases provide an immense advantage to their clients.
