How we bill

For commercial litigation, employment defense, and corporate matters, we charge competitive hourly rates. We will consider non-traditional fee arrangements such as contingency fees, fixed fees, capped fees, and success fees, in certain cases.

For personal injury and plaintiff employment discrimination cases, we will meet with you for free to determine if your case can be taken on a contingency fee basis. If we accept your case, you will not pay for our legal services until there is a recovery.
