Smith, Dickey & Dempster P.A. is a local homegrown law firm with offices in the North Carolina cities of Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and Lumberton. Our Criminal and Traffic team consists of Andy Dempster, a formal District Court judge, and three former assistant district attorneys. Allen Smith and Former judge Andrew Dempster have been representing injured persons for over 20 years. Pitt Dickey heads up our Social Security Disability practice. Mark Harris practices in the areas of bankruptcy and personal injury, and Drew Dempster and Cull Jordan practice traffic and criminal law along with Andy Dempster.
