Florida lawyer Jim Martin practices estates, trusts and real estate law in Florida and has written legal books and articles, presented at seminars, served on the probate rules committee of The Florida Bar, and chaired the probate section of the St. Petersburg Bar. He is also Florida Bar board certified in real estate law, adjunct professor of law at Stetson College of Law, and trustee and counsel of the Dali Museum.
