Simas & Associates, Ltd. traces its history to March of 2002, when its predecessor was founded in Sacramento to represent clients in matters involving government regulation. While initially representing employers, the firm’s team members have continued to call upon their government and legislative experience and expertise to expand into other areas of Government and Administrative Law, including health care law, professional licensing, public agency law and public contracts law.

Our expertise in both the administrative hearing process and the regulatory process serves clients throughout the State of California from Eureka to San Diego, and in many industries ranging from health care to gaming. Our clients include statewide trade associations, government agencies, large international companies facing bid protests or a government audit, as well as businesses and individuals facing the investigation or discipline of a professional license.
